Procurement strategy and options
"Client based approach."
We offer sale of our products on comfortable for your business Incoterms. Sales transactions can be performed on FOB or CIF basis, while payment for the product is always executed on the FOB terms.
As per our internal procedure, the first three CIF or FOB shipments are considered "test based" and must be completed before a long-term contract is offered. Starting quantity ranges from 5,000MT reaching maximum 15,000MT for the last test purchase. During this phase we are adjusting our operations and learning about our clients' product requirements and purchase & sale power in their respective markets. For us, it is crucial that our partner has the correct product in correct quantity delivered at precise pace.
In regard to the payment terms, different approaches are adopted at different stages.

During the client onboarding process, sale and purchase is conducted through maximum security approach for both the Seller and the Buyer. Client has an option to purchase on either FOB or CIF terms, and the payment for the goods is executed through financial instruments such as SBLC, LC at sight, or bank guarantee after all quality tests have been performed and documents issued to the Buyers' name.

Once the client has signed a long-term contract, all commonly accepted purchase payment terms become available and are negotiated between us. Flexibility will depend on a number of factors, such as quantity, client performance history, incoterm delivery terms etc.
As a management of Global Alliance, we believe that such a tactical approach to sales, together with offered payment options, provide both Seller and Buyer absolute clarity and transparency that builds each others' trust.
We believe that you as a potential partner, understand the benefits under such trade approach. Our sales and marketing policy is based on safe "win-win" terms and therefore, we only initiate sale though these steps and do not take into consideration any other sale option that creates possibility of unreasonable risk, even at the expense of having smaller client base.
Geography
Distances do not matter to us.
Delivery of product to the port takes approximately 7 calendar days*. Vessel loading, quality control, certificate processing takes another 3-4 days. After that period of time, the vessel is ready to depart to your location.
